Work begins on Mexican side of long-stalled border bridge between Texas, state of Chihuahua

Construction workers, cranes and front-loaders have rolled into a long-empty site on the southern side of the Rio Grande River, as Mexico starts work on its part of a border bridge project between West Texas and the state of Chihuahua.
