MoPacalypse. Now. Crews spent summer nights this year drilling for soil samples and doing other preparatory work on MoPac Boulevard (Loop 1). Officials gathered nearby in mid-October for an official groundbreaking. And workers have erected some orange construction signs over the past couple of nights.
