Neon soon could light up part of the westbound section of Interstate 10 in Boerne. The City Council Sept. 24 approved hiring a consultant to prepare drawings and other documents for frontage road construction and reconfigured entrance/exit ramps between U.S. Hwy. 87 and Bandera Road, also known as Texas Hwy. 46.
