Billboard companies sue TxDOT for obscuring signs along Dallas freeways

Seven outdoor advertising companies allege that the Texas Department of Transportation’s construction project near the intersection of Stemmons Freeway and LBJ Freeway will keep motorists from seeing their billboards.
