How did Texas infrastructure funding get to where we are today? In 2014 and 2015, more than 80% of Texas voters supported two constitutional amendments, Proposition 1 and Proposition 7, to dedicate funding to better, safer roads and bridges.
With more than 1,000 people moving to Texas every day and none of those movers bringing their roads with them, our state had to Bridge the Gap and make build Texas Infrastructure Now.
